Vince DeVitis
I am a multidisciplinary design lead and director, originally from Northeast Ohio and currently based in Naples, Florida. I have over 15 years of industry experience as a creator, brand marketer, and team leader. As a passionate creative, I lead by example with a hands-on approach, collaborating closely with my team in every situation to inspire and elevate our work. Design has always been central to me. I can manage or independently execute various creative tasks, including print, UI/UX, video, animation, and more. I am a critical thinker and problem solver who takes a holistic approach to each project, ensuring that every aspect is produced to the highest quality and delivers meaningful results. I am passionate about creating compelling creative campaigns and content that consistently resonate with global audiences.
As Creative Director at Phreesia and Phreesia Life Sciences, I spearheaded creative visioning and go-to-market execution, driving impressive revenue growth for both brands. I built and managed a high-performing creative team of 10 and nurtured a culture of innovation and excellence. This experience helped me gain critical healthcare knowledge needed to effectively market to hospitals, health systems, clinicians, payers, pharmaceutical companies, and advertising agencies. Additionally, I implemented advanced AI-powered tools to enhance workflow efficiency, enabling the company to achieve growth goals and establish itself as the nation’s leader in patient activation.
At Diebold Nixdorf, I took on the challenge of establishing an in-house creative team and leading the creative integration of two major brands following a $2 billion global merger. I redefined the company’s brand identity, establishing a cohesive visual tone for the future. My collaboration with international stakeholders ensured consistent branding across diverse markets. My team was responsible for video, website design, events, social, and traditional print created to market to leading international corporations across Banking and Retail.
I started my career at Jackrabbit Design, a Boston-based creative agency that partnered with various B2B & B2C clients. This experience allowed me to contribute to the success of high-profile clients, including Bauer Hockey, Red Bull USA, Boston Red Sox Foundation, Red Stripe, Heineken USA, and various venture capital clients. My experience at Jackrabbit strengthened my creative foundation and demonstrated that success hinges on effective design and clear communication.
Outside the office, you can find me enjoying all that Florida has to offer: relaxing at the beach, boating on the Gulf with friends, or standing in line at Universal Studios.
